Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper with strong accounting experience to join our team. As a bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions.
Manage Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Prepare budget forecast.
Produce financial statements in a timely manner.
Prepare all monthly construction draws.
Track construction cost.
Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivables.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Manage balance sheet and profit/loss statements.
Run reports on the company’s financial health & liquidity.
Assist with audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
Maintain an organized filing system for financial records and documents.
Report analysis and findings to management team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office manager, Bookkeeper or Administrative assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and QuickBooks
Familiarity with email scheduling tools like Microsoft teams.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
Bilingual a plus but not required.
Degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
Pay:
$24.50- 31.00 per hour depending on experience.
Supplemental pay types:
