Job Description:

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for janitorial duties, including keeping yard area and trash enclosures in a neat and orderly manner.
2. Proficient in the use of power and hand tools when making repairs to equipment and structures.
3. Responsible for clean-up and renovation of apartment units after tenant move-out, in a timely fashion to expedite move-ins.
4. Responsible for mowing and maintaining outdoor lawn area.
5. Assist in emergency situations with maintenance at other project sites, and be willing to perform such other duties as may be required by the Executive Director.
