The Registered Nurse will assess patients’ health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure elders receive high-quality, individualized care.
Responsibilities:
• Assess elders health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with elders and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure
continuity of treatment
• Documentation using electronic medical records
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
