Job Description: Beck Sales Company, Inc “dba” Trojan Specialty Products is looking to fill a production position open immediately. We are seeking only dependable, self-starting team players to join our production team. Position consists of product assembly. See full description for more information
Position consists of product assembly which includes but is not limited to the following:
• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process
• Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
• Select correct components according to measurements and specifications
• Assemble parts to build more complex units
• Test product to ensure highest quality
• Maintain equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition
• Keep records of production quantities
• Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts
• Lift 50 lbs. independently and team lifting up to 100 lbs. multiple times a day (seasonally)
• Assist with Shipping and Receiving as needed
Mon – Fri 8-5 starting at $15.50 an hr with room to move, paid holidays, weekends OFF, and employee health insurance and life insurance offered after 90 days.
