Job Description:

Bartlett and Selzer is in need of a BILINGUAL, mature, responsible, experienced receptionist/collector to join our team! Responsible for securing billing payments from customers, data entry, and skip tracing with efficiency. Require at least two years of office experience, excellent computer knowledge, proficient in English and Spanish. Excellent communication and phone etiquette for a professional office.

Responsibilities:

. Locate and inform customers of unpaid accounts.

. Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts.

. Keep records and status of customer’s account.

Qualifications:

. Previous office experience of at least two years is required.

. Advanced computer knowledge of at least 2 years required.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

. Excellent phone etiquette.

. Ability to prioritize and multitask.

. MUST BE BILINGUAL.

Job Schedule: 30 to 35 hrs. wk., M-F
