Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and develop a strong client base through referrals, canvassing, and networking.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess roofing needs and provide tailored estimates to the customer.
Present estimates, proposals, and explain them to the customer.
Build lasting relationships with homeowners, ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
Work with the installation teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:

Prior sales experience (roofing or construction sales preferred, but not required).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license.
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
