Short Description: The City of Dodge City is accepting applications for a Sanitation Driver in the Public Works department. A valid CDL, Class B Kansas motor vehicle operator’s license is a requirement. The pay for this position is $19.28 per hour with full-time benefit package, including health/dental insurance, KPERS retirement, vacation, sick leave and holidays. This position works a minimum of 40 hours per week. Up to a 5% bilingual pay incentive is available through post-hire bilingual testing.

The City of Dodge City—Public Works Department is seeking qualified candidates who already possess a Class A or Class B Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL) with Air Brake endorsement. The City of Dodge City has adopted the CDL bonus incentive policy to help those who have already obtained their CDL.
