Full Description: FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE I
CONVENTION & VISITORS BUREAU
The City of Dodge City is seeking to fill a full-time Customer Service Associate I position in the Convention & Visitor Bureau (Visitor Center office). Position will greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner, answer phones, assist with maintaining the CVB web site and other digital media, fill welcome packets, and perform general clerical duties. Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 25 pound boxes, and operate a computer and other office equipment. Position will work 40 hours per week, with the ability to work on some scheduled weekend days during the summer season.
Salary range for the position is $15.45 - $21.64 per hour, DOQ, plus City benefit package, which includes family health/dental insurance, KPERS, vacation, sick leave and holiday pay.
Position requires a high school diploma and one year of office and/or customer service experience. Requires valid Kansas driver license with good driving record.
