Full Description: Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lifeguards and Swim Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and teaching others, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Duties:
- Instruct swim lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Provide feedback and guidance to help swimmers improve their technique
- Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool area
- Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
- Conduct swim assessments to determine appropriate swim level for each participant

Experience:
- Previous experience in swim instruction or lifeguarding preferred
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning procedures
- Ability to provide excellent guest services
- Strong swim skills and ability to teach various swimming strokes
- Capacity for heavy lifting when moving equipment or assisting swimmers
