Responsible for delivering basic practice nursing care such as supporting a resident’s recovery, monitoring conditions of residents, screening and health prevention activities. The Nurse demonstrates professional development and clinical competency utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to care. The Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive and safe, effective and ethical nursing care to all residents in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living environment.
